Sword Health is hiring a Head of Go-to-Market for Pulse, its AI-powered cardiometabolic care solution. This is a director-level role sitting at the intersection of product marketing, commercial strategy, and market development—one of the two most critical positions on the Pulse leadership team.
You will own three core responsibilities:
1. Build Pulse's market narrative and positioning. Develop the messaging architecture, competitive differentiation, and buyer-segment-specific positioning (employers, health plans, GLP-1 programs, pharmacy benefit managers) that makes clear why Pulse is categorically superior to incumbent solutions. This includes competitive battle cards, ROI frameworks, and proof materials that move skeptical buyers.
2. Lead and scale the commercial enablement team. Build and manage a small team of solution specialists who pair with sales reps across segments. Ensure every commercial leader can answer hard questions, handle competitive comparisons, and walk benefits VPs and health plan CMOs through the value and safety of switching to Pulse.
3. Systematically surface and pursue market opportunities. Beyond inbound leads, you will canvass the US and global markets to identify accounts, RFPs, renewal signals, and segment opportunities that would otherwise go unnoticed. You will leverage AI tooling and systematic intelligence workflows to operate at scale and speed beyond traditional GTM teams, then partner with commercial leaders to pursue and win those opportunities.
