HeyGen is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead the company's enterprise marketing motion from the ground up. The role focuses on turning organic adoption within large enterprises into deep, strategic relationships and proactively penetrating high-value target accounts.
This is a founding leadership position reporting to the CMO. You will start as a highly hands-on operator developing strategy and executing programs personally, with the opportunity to build a team as the motion scales.
Key responsibilities include:
**Build the Strategic Account Marketing Engine**: Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to develop named-account strategy, account tiers, and priority industries. Build HeyGen's ABM playbook from scratch, defining how Marketing and Sales collaborate to win high-value accounts. Develop deep understanding of priority accounts, their business challenges, key stakeholders, and buying intent signals. Create repeatable account planning and measurement systems.
**Create Targeted Programs**: Develop highly targeted campaigns across paid media, personalized digital experiences, executive programs, field marketing, and direct mail. Create personalized landing pages, pitches, demos, and content tailored to priority accounts and industries. Build executive programs including intimate dinners, roundtables, and VIP events. Develop creative ways to engage entire buying committees across multiple stakeholder roles. Experiment aggressively with unconventional approaches to reach difficult-to-reach enterprise buyers.
**Leverage Existing Adoption**: Partner with Growth, RevOps, Data, and Sales to identify companies showing meaningful HeyGen adoption. Use first-party product signals to identify champions, understand account penetration, and inform account-specific marketing. Develop programs converting organic product adoption into larger enterprise relationships. Connect PLG and strategic-account motions so Sales understands where HeyGen has momentum.
**Partner Deeply with Sales**: Operate as part of the enterprise GTM team. Work directly with enterprise leadership and AEs to understand blockers and build marketing programs around those problems. Provide targeted support around major opportunities. Bring account insights and market learnings back into enterprise strategy.
**Expand Over Time**: Identify opportunities to apply successful high-touch programs to broader enterprise and mid-market customers. Determine which programs can scale without sacrificing quality. Build the team, technology, and operating model as enterprise marketing grows.
Success means HeyGen becomes dramatically better at penetrating and winning priority enterprise accounts, with meaningful growth in engagement, more qualified opportunities within strategic accounts, increased buying-committee penetration, strategic programs influencing enterprise pipeline and revenue, tight Sales-Marketing operating rhythm, and a repeatable ABM playbook.
**Requirements**:
- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful enterprise marketing background and several years at senior leadership level
- Strong track record building and executing account-based marketing / strategic account programs that generated measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue
- Experience with high-ACV, complex enterprise sales motions involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Deep understanding of modern ABM tactics: targeted paid media, personalized content and experiences, executive programs, field marketing, direct mail/gifting, intent signals, and buying-committee engagement
- Extremely strong partnership instincts with Sales; think in terms of shared accounts and shared revenue outcomes
- Highly creative marketer who can figure out how to get Fortune 500 executive attention beyond standard B2B playbooks
- Analytical capability to understand account signals, measure program effectiveness, and make disciplined investment decisions
- Comfortable spanning strategy and execution; can present enterprise marketing strategy to leadership and personally ship campaigns
- Experience with broader B2B demand generation is a plus
- Experience building a function from early stage and eventually hiring and leading a small, high-performing team
- Experience at a fast-growing PLG company is a strong plus
- AI-native mindset: deeply fluent in AI tools for account research, buying-committee understanding, campaign personalization, content creation, performance analysis, and output multiplication
