You will lead the direct customer acquisition growth strategy for Germany, taking responsibility for expanding and optimizing direct acquisition channels that drive a significant portion of new customer growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with substantial autonomy and accountability. Rather than spending weeks on presentations or waiting for perfect information, you'll have freedom to act quickly, run regular tests, trust your judgment, and pivot when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team responsible for expanding direct acquisition channels
- Identifying and implementing intelligent growth strategies
- Running experiments and A/B tests across channels
- Making data-driven decisions with speed and confidence
- Collaborating closely with in-house teams across advertising, creative, CRM, UX, data, and tech
