Zinc is seeking an experienced Head of Demand Generation to lead the evolution of its marketing function from a channel-led operation into a data-informed, 360-degree growth engine. This is a new senior leadership role within the marketing organization, reporting to marketing leadership.
You will own the full-funnel demand generation playbook and be responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing repeatable processes across all channels and regions. Key responsibilities include:
• Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that spans first-signal awareness through closed-won deals
• Build and lead a high-performing demand generation team, providing mentorship and direction
• Collaborate closely with the outbound sales team, commercial leadership, and broader marketing leadership to align on growth objectives
• Develop and curate demand programs across multiple channels and geographies
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to track demand generation effectiveness across the full funnel
• Define best-in-class demand generation and capture practices for 2026 and beyond
• Drive process improvements and playbook standardization to support Zinc's scaling trajectory
• Activate and engage buyers across multiple audience segments and touchpoints
This role offers the opportunity to shape how Zinc scales beyond £50m ARR into new markets and customer segments. You'll have significant autonomy to define the demand generation function and build a world-class team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading demand generation functions at scale, ideally at B2B SaaS companies
• Track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution across multiple channels
• Strong data and analytics mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and commercial teams
• Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and playbooks
• Strategic vision for modern demand generation practices
