FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. The company started in regulated industries—banking and insurance—and has successfully landed major deals in government and defense. It is now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
The platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale, providing the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
You will build and lead the global customer success practice, starting with agentic accounts with broader enterprise and global scope on the horizon. At FlowX.AI, customer success starts before the contract is signed: defining the right KPIs in proposals, tracking outcomes through delivery, and helping customers tell their success story. The two measures of success are public references and account ARR growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Sales to embed outcome-based KPIs into contracts
- Own success tracking post-deployment and keep delivery anchored to outcomes
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships within strategic accounts
- Drive public references: case studies, whitepapers, press releases
- Identify and advance expansion opportunities with Sales
- Build the playbooks and processes for the US CS motion
You will build the US CS practice from scratch with a path to a global remit, working with a genuinely differentiated product, an ambitious team, and real impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in enterprise software
- Track record of expanding accounts and driving ARR growth
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
- Confidence at C-suite level and strong commercial instincts
- Experience building a CS practice from an early stage
