Clara is a fast-growing fintech company in Latin America providing payment solutions, corporate cards, bill pay, and financing to over 20,000 businesses. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Monashees, Kaszek, Canary, Coatue, DST Global, and others.
You'll lead Clara's brand strategy and execution across all customer, prospect, and employee touchpoints—product, marketing, sales, events, social, recruiting, and office environments. This is a hands-on build role, not governance. You'll define visual identity and voice, create systems enabling the company to ship on-brand work rapidly, and lead a team of designers, writers, and producers. You'll leverage AI for production, personalization, and scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own Clara's complete brand identity: visual systems, voice/tone, and narrative connecting product, marketing, and culture
- Build and lead a brand team, recruiting talent and creating conditions for excellence
- Design and ship AI-powered brand production tools: prompt libraries, generative workflows, copy scaffolding, automated asset resizing
- Prototype and validate brand concepts rapidly, testing against real usage and perception
- Establish operating rhythms for brand intake, briefs, reviews, and approvals
- Lead hands-on creative work on high-stakes moments: launches, campaigns, major events
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and People to ensure consistent brand presence across touchpoints
- Establish metrics and feedback loops demonstrating brand investment ROI
You'll report to the Head of Design and partner closely with Product, Marketing, and founders on brand-defining moments. This role offers real license to shape Clara's regional brand identity while building scalable systems and processes.
