Mistral is building full-stack AI solutions—from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute—for enterprises in high-stakes industries including finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The company is establishing a new AI category around private AI for mission-critical use, with a focus on open weights, customer control, and flexible deployment options.
You will build and lead Mistral's global Analyst Relations program from the ground up. This is a foundational leadership role that shapes how the world's most influential industry analysts understand Mistral, its products, and long-term vision. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executives and partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, and Leadership to ensure effective positioning across the analyst ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the global Analyst Relations strategy; building trusted relationships with leading analysts at firms like Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Futurum, Moor Insights, and Constellation; shaping analyst perceptions of Mistral's products and market position; leading analyst engagement programs including briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and major report submissions; partnering with Product Marketing on differentiated messaging and category narratives; driving participation in key analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrants, Waves, Marketscapes); translating analyst insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams; establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure impact on awareness, perception, and commercial outcomes; and building and scaling the Analyst Relations function as the company expands globally.
You will report to the CMO and work closely with the executive leadership team. The role requires 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or related functions within technology companies, with deep understanding of the analyst ecosystem and experience managing relationships with leading firms. You should have a track record supporting high-growth B2B technology or AI organizations, demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high autonomy.
