Venn is a Series A-funded digital banking platform transforming business banking for Canadian entrepreneurs. The company has raised $21.5M from Tier 1 investors and is building the only truly modern digital banking solution in Canada.
As GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market function, bridging product, sales, and brand strategy. Your responsibilities include:
• Oversee website, content strategy, customer email campaigns, and onboarding flows to drive acquisition and retention
• Own all social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.), curating content and case studies to build brand and founder authority
• Define product positioning and craft compelling narratives that resonate with different ideal customer profiles
• Create and execute strategies for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless customer lifecycle communication
• Manage and iterate on website messaging, conversion optimization, and product value communication
• Lead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches
• Run continuous experiments on messaging, content formats, and distribution channels to refine market presence
You'll need a minimum of 3+ years of full-time professional experience, including at least 2+ years at a tier-1 consulting firm, investment bank, or major technology company, plus 1+ year at a startup, as a founder, or as a creator/influencer. Strong skills in product positioning, content distribution, SEO, conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and data-driven experimentation are essential. You should be a self-starter capable of managing projects end-to-end with internal teams and contractors.
