As a GTM Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market, Operations, and Business functions. Your responsibilities include executing end-to-end hiring processes, building high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound recruiting and creative sourcing, and partnering closely with hiring managers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand needs and refine candidate profiles.
You'll manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for execution, using recruiting technology and AI-powered tools (including Ashby) to automate workflows and improve efficiency. You'll also drive continuous improvement by analyzing recruiting data, gathering candidate feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
The ideal candidate brings 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of building strong pipelines and successfully partnering with hiring managers. You're organized, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity. You have excellent communication skills, a builder mentality, and a growth mindset focused on improving how recruiting gets done.
