Tock (part of Squarespace) is seeking a GTM Marketing Programs Manager to own the go-to-market launch process end-to-end. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of product marketing, product, growth, and channel teams, serving as the connective tissue that ensures launches execute with clarity and momentum. Key responsibilities include: **GTM Launch Ownership** Own program management for the full launch lifecycle—from identifying upcoming product releases through go-live execution to post-launch coordination and retrospectives. Partner closely with GTM leads to translate strategy into action. Build and maintain launch workback schedules, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies well in advance. Lead launch kickoffs and recurring syncs across PMM, Product, Channel, Analytics, and Creative teams, owning agendas, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through. Serve as the central point of contact for launch status, proactively surfacing risks and blockers and driving resolution before they impact timelines. Coordinate post-launch activities including performance readouts, internal communications, and issue escalation. **Process Improvement & Operations** Build and iterate on cross-functional GTM playbooks and launch templates to make each subsequent launch faster and more consistent. Identify gaps in the current launch process and drive improvements in how the organization scopes, plans, and executes. Maintain RACI documentation and operating model resources for the Marketing organization. Partner with the broader Marketing Strategy & Operations team on tooling, workflow improvements, and cross-team program coordination. **Required Experience** 4+ years in program management, marketing operations, GTM coordination, or closely related roles with direct exposure to product launches or go-to-market work. Proven track record of owning complex, cross-functional launches from planning through post-launch. Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple launches and workstreams simultaneously. Strong communication skills—writing clear briefs, running tight meetings, and following up proactively. Bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguous situations. Experience building or improving processes and playbooks, not just executing within existing ones. Ability to build trust quickly across PMM, Product, and Growth functions. Familiarity with the GTM ecosystem (product marketing, paid media, SEO/AEO, analytics, customer operations, creative). Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Notion, or similar) and Google Suite. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work smarter and move with speed. SaaS or consumer technology experience is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in New York, working from the office 3 days per week. The role reports to the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager.
