Torus is building the world's first mesh energy infrastructure—resilient, sustainable, and intelligent power systems that unite communities. The company designs, engineers, manufactures, installs, and supports modular power plants end-to-end across utilities, data centers, and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Utah with a 545,000-square-foot manufacturing facility (GigaOne) in Salt Lake City, Torus has raised over $267 million from investors including Magnetar, Mercado, ICONIQ, and Origin Ventures. As GTM Marketing Manager, you will lead sales enablement and go-to-market strategy across Torus's product portfolio. Your core responsibilities include crafting clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for hardware, software, and services offerings; developing and managing end-to-end product launch plans from internal alignment to external execution; and owning the customer-facing asset library (case studies, one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, vertical-specific content) with meticulous organization, versioning, and accuracy. You will work directly with sales teams—joining customer and prospect calls, capturing field insights firsthand, and rapidly iterating on assets and tactics based on what you learn. You'll identify and develop customer case studies and testimonials across utility, commercial & industrial, and data center verticals; conduct customer research to understand pain points and motivations within target segments; and lead internal training for sales, marketing, customer support, and cross-functional teams on new products, features, and messaging. Additional responsibilities include partnering with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure GTM alignment and message consistency; monitoring the competitive landscape and market shifts to inform positioning and strategy; and translating technical features into compelling customer-facing value propositions. The role is hybrid, based primarily in Salt Lake City with flexibility to work from home and visit the warehouse facilities as needed. This is a full-time, salaried position. **Requirements:** - 5+ years in product marketing or GTM roles, ideally in B2B tech, energy, or hardware + software environments - Proven experience building sales enablement content and delivering training - Familiarity with product launch frameworks - Strong written and visual communication skills; ability to translate technical features into customer-facing value - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams - Strong research skills and proven ability to quickly understand new customer segments, verticals, or industries - Systems thinker—highly detail-oriented, assertive, and able to take real ownership of outcomes without waiting to be asked - Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment **Preferred Experience:** - Background in energy, climate tech, utility, or infrastructure sectors - Strong copywriting ability—able to draft customer-facing copy directly - Experience supporting long, complex sales cycles (utility, C&I, data centers, public sector) - Knowledge of power grid, distributed energy, or energy storage systems - Strong eye for design and ability to work closely with creative teams on visual assets - Experience with HubSpot
