As GTM Manager for Private Markets, you will own commercial growth and revenue across Legora's strategic Private Markets segment. This is a quota-carrying role with end-to-end responsibility for pipeline and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of Private Markets firms, managing the full commercial process from prospecting through close
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Private Equity and the broader Private Markets ecosystem
- Lead consultative sales conversations connecting Legora's AI capabilities to high-impact workflows including due diligence, investment committee preparation, portfolio value creation, and fund operations
- Develop and execute account strategies for leading investment firms, identifying new opportunities and growing long-term relationships
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to bring customer insights into product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Represent the Private Markets sector internally, shaping how Legora positions itself within this market
- Own forecasting, pipeline health, and commercial performance metrics
- Help define and scale Legora's go-to-market playbook for Private Markets
You bring commercial ambition and deep understanding of the Private Markets industry. Ideal candidates have experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Management Consulting, or selling into the Private Markets sector. You understand how investment professionals work, can build credibility with senior decision-makers, and have a track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against revenue targets. You're consultative in your approach, can translate complex technology into clear commercial value, and demonstrate high ownership and urgency.
The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in New York, designed for ambitious builders with company-provided lunch daily. You'll collaborate globally with teams across Europe, APAC, and North America.
