As GTM Engineer, you will drive audience acquisition, lead engagement, and conversion across all channels. This is a high-ownership, builder-focused role requiring commercial instinct, creativity, and technical aptitude. You will connect efforts across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve effectiveness and turn qualified audiences into revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
**Audience Acquisition:** Partner to improve existing acquisition channels and identify new signal-based opportunities that produce qualified pipeline. By day 30, improve one existing effort and launch one test. By day 90, one should produce qualified meetings and S1 pipeline.
**Lead Response:** Route leads into appropriate follow-up or nurture workflows based on fit, source, intent, and behavior. By day 30, 95% of eligible leads should enter the correct workflow within 15 minutes with clear ownership and next actions. All qualified leads should have an owner and next action within one business day.
**Funnel Conversion:** Improve conversion across lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-qualified-meeting, and qualified-meeting-to-S1 stages with channel-level visibility. By day 30, establish baselines and launch flows against major leaks. By day 90, improve lead-to-qualified-meeting conversion by 25%, qualified-meeting-to-S1 conversion by 15%, and reach 90% of S1 target.
**Workflow Automation:** Own the marketing technology and operational layer end-to-end, including campaigns, copy, workflows, and reporting. By day 30, map the stack and automate one high-friction workflow. By day 60, own all marketing systems in this domain. By day 90, automate five workflows, cut manual processing time by 75%, and improve response time or conversion.
You will activate demand through creative audience targeting, orchestrate AI-enabled systems across channels, continuously optimize through experimentation, and automate content and workflows to reduce manual work. Over time, you may take on broader ownership of Stuut's channels and acquisition mix.
