As a GTM Engineer, you'll join the Growth organization and work directly with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and cross-functional teams to translate go-to-market strategy into executable systems and workflows. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on building the technical infrastructure that powers Immuta's enterprise buyer acquisition and conversion engine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and shipping data pipelines, automation systems, and scoring models that identify and reach enterprise prospects
- Building AI-assisted workflows and systems that enhance GTM efficiency
- Running experiments to test and validate GTM hypotheses
- Wiring integrations between sales, marketing, and operational systems
- Owning end-to-end delivery of GTM technology solutions without handing off to other engineering teams
- Scaling proven GTM signals and processes across the organization
You'll write production code, manage technical implementations, and maintain accountability for outcomes. The role requires someone comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, with the ability to move quickly and iterate based on real-world GTM feedback. You'll have direct visibility into how your work impacts pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
