Gradial is an AI-native marketing operations platform that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster by orchestrating across martech stacks, workflows, and people. The company is Series B-backed and focused on automating marketing execution so teams can focus on high-value creative and strategic work.
As GTM Engineer, you'll build the technical and operational systems that convert buying signals into qualified sales meetings. This is a hands-on role combining technical fluency with growth instincts and clear revenue accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and operating an intent signal stack across website activity, paid engagement, events, social, hiring patterns, funding events, and job changes
- Surfacing and prioritizing high-conviction target accounts weekly with clear rationale
- Designing enrichment and research workflows that generate account briefs at scale, including tech stack analysis, company developments, stakeholder context, and tailored outreach angles
- Owning the workflow layer for scoring, routing, enrichment, and trigger-based outbound using tools like Clay, OpenAI, Claude, and other GTM automation platforms
- Building and running personalized outbound programs from founder, AE, and vertical lead inboxes
- Standing up a repeatable experimentation engine across messaging, hooks, channel mix, sequencing, and send patterns
- Tracking performance from signal to meeting to pipeline with clear reporting on reply rates, meetings booked, SALs, and sourced pipeline
- Partnering closely with Sales to improve lead handoff, timing, and account coverage
- Continuously killing weak campaigns and scaling what converts
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and go-to-market leadership. The role requires treating outbound as an engineered system that can be tested, measured, and improved over time.
