You'll own product enablement for go-to-market, sitting at the intersection of engineering and sales. Your core responsibilities include:
- Building and running product bootcamps and ongoing technical training for every major capability launch
- Creating demos, evaluation templates, and technical collateral that the GTM team can independently use
- Partnering with engineering and marketing to develop customer-facing technical content that helps buyers evaluate Parallel's products
- Working with Deployed Engineering to convert learnings from individual deals into scalable resources for the broader team
- Spending ~80% of time on enablement and content creation, ~20% embedded in live deals to stay grounded in real customer challenges
You bring 2-3+ years in tech, ideally at a fast-moving startup. You have a background as a Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or strong engineering background. You're fluent with modern AI tools and use them constantly in your own work. You can write code, quickly understand technical customer challenges, and translate complex products into clear, actionable resources. You understand how great sales teams operate and have strong instincts for what drives wins. Product or technical enablement experience is a bonus.
