Glean is a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. The company serves 1,000+ employees across 25+ countries and has been recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Gartner as a leader in agentic AI.
As GTM Enablement Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement, serving as the connective tissue between Glean's fast-moving platform and customer-facing teams. Your core mission is translating complex product capabilities, launches, and roadmap bets into clear, actionable narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement by translating release notes, specs, and technical documentation into field-ready guidance: when to use new capabilities, which personas and use cases to target, and what proof points and stories to emphasize.
- Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams (starting with Sales, expanding to SEs/SAs, Customer Outcomes, Support, and Partnerships), covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform narratives.
- Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions focused on active practice, demos, and real customer scenario application rather than slide-based training.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure GTM teams are launch-ready for major releases with clear talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and enablement bundles.
- Embed product learning into broader programs such as onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement so product knowledge integrates into how the organization sells and supports customers.
- Design and operate an AI-first "launch-to-enable" loop: help define how product changes (release notes, docs, support patterns) become structured launch briefs, role-based guidance, and in-flow practice using Glean and agents as the backbone.
- Partner with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces such as role-aware "what's new" views, browser-overlay guidance, and agent-driven labs that deliver just-in-time learning.
This role requires excitement about using AI to build new workflows and processes from first principles, with an AI-first mindset. You will be instrumental in creating an always-on, AI-assisted enablement system that keeps GTM teams current on product changes, their business impact, and real-world application in customer deals.
