Glean is a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. The company serves 1,000+ employees across 50+ industries and has been recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Gartner as a leader in agentic AI. As GTM Enablement Manager, you will bridge Product, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams, translating complex product capabilities and launches into clear, actionable guidance for customer-facing teams. You'll own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, ensuring Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Outcomes, Support, and Partnerships teams are equipped to sell and support new features effectively. Key responsibilities include: - Translate technical product releases, specs, and documentation into field-ready guidance: when to use new capabilities, which personas and use cases to target, and relevant proof points and stories. - Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform narratives. - Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions focused on active practice, demos, and real customer scenarios rather than slide-based training. - Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch readiness for major releases, including talk tracks, demo flows, and objection handling. - Embed product learning into broader programs such as onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement. - Design an AI-first "launch-to-enable" loop that transforms product changes into structured launch briefs, role-based guidance, and in-flow practice using Glean and AI agents. - Collaborate with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces such as role-aware "what's new" views and agent-driven labs. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and field execution, requiring strong communication, program management, and the ability to think AI-first about how enablement workflows and processes can be reimagined.
