Glean is a Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. The company serves 1,000+ employees across 50+ industries and has been recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Gartner as a leader in agentic AI. As GTM Enablement Manager, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, and GTM teams. Your core mission is translating complex product capabilities, launches, and roadmap bets into clear, actionable narratives and training that drive adoption and revenue impact across sales, sales engineers, customer success, and support. Key responsibilities include: - Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement: translate release notes, specs, and technical documentation into field-ready guidance covering when to use new capabilities, target personas, use cases, and proof points. - Build and scale a product enablement program for GTM teams (starting with Sales, expanding to SEs, Customer Outcomes, Support, Partnerships) covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform narratives. - Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions focused on active practice, demos, and real customer scenario application—not just slides. - Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch readiness for major releases, with clear talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, and enablement bundles. - Embed product learning into broader programs such as onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement. - Design an AI-first "launch-to-enable" loop: help structure how product changes (release notes, docs, support patterns) become launch briefs, role-based guidance, and in-flow practice using Glean and agents. - Partner with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces (role-aware "what's new" views, browser-overlay guidance, agent-driven labs) that deliver just-in-time learning. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, marketing, and field operations, using AI-first principles to reimagine how GTM teams stay current and effective.
