Miter is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company rebuilding core HR, finance, and operations systems for construction contractors using AI and embedded payments. Since launching in 2021, the company has grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR, backed by top-tier investors including Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery. As the GTM Enablement Lead, you'll design and execute the complete sales enablement function for a rapidly scaling GTM organization spanning new business acquisition, upsell/expansion, and channel partner teams. This is a brand-new role where you'll own end-to-end enablement strategy and execution with direct visibility to the Head of Sales and CRO. Key responsibilities include: designing and running new hire onboarding to accelerate ramp time; developing continuous training programs on product, methodology, tools, and competitive intelligence; partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to commercialize new features and translate roadmap into executable go-to-market plans; instrumenting enablement data to track ramp time, content usage, and win rates; and managing the enablement technology stack including AI-driven platforms. You'll need 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles. Required expertise includes hands-on LMS/enablement platform administration, AI-native program delivery (role plays, call scorecards, battle cards), conversation intelligence fluency (Gong or similar), and strong analytics capabilities to connect enablement activity to business outcomes. Experience exceeding variable sales targets or enabling high-performing teams is essential. Nice-to-have: guiding sales organizations through significant process, product, or organizational change. Miter offers competitive above-market salary and equity, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, 16-week paid parental leave, annual learning allowance, and company off-sites.
