Rogo is an AI-powered analytics platform transforming financial workflows for investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. The GTM Associate program is a structured apprenticeship in enterprise sales, designed to develop the next generation of quota-carrying sales professionals and pre-sales specialists.
In this role, you will sit at the center of live deals with world-class financial institutions, blending strategic outbound prospecting, deep product mastery, and pre-sales execution. You will partner with Account Executives across the full deal cycle—from discovery and demos through evaluations and proofs of concept—with some of the world's most sophisticated clients.
Key responsibilities include: achieving complete product mastery across Rogo's platform (workflows, skills, agents, integrations, competitive landscape) and becoming a trusted resource in client conversations; building and tailoring demo environments and use cases that map directly to prospect workflows; driving strategic, research-led outbound prospecting into named enterprise accounts with multi-threaded messaging; contributing to deal strategy through stakeholder mapping, qualification, and pain identification; and feeding client and competitive insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.
You will need a BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of work experience in client-facing sales, investment banking, or finance-adjacent fields (private equity, asset management, consulting, fintech). You must demonstrate a proven track record performing under pressure with senior stakeholders, the ability to master complex platforms quickly and explain them credibly to sophisticated audiences, and strong executive presence. Clear ambition to move into a quota-carrying sales or pre-sales role is essential.
Ideal candidates are product-obsessed, relentless in pursuing excellence, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and are genuinely curious about AI, technology, and financial workflows. You will be autonomous, self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity. This is the on-ramp to leading your own book of business or becoming a domain expert on Rogo's most strategic deals.
