Kraken, a leading crypto platform founded in 2011 with over 10 million users globally, is rebuilding its organic growth engine to compete in an AI-driven search landscape. As Growth Workflow Specialist for Organic Growth, you will design and automate the systems that translate SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy into scalable, production-ready workflows. Your core responsibilities include building and maintaining the organic growth automation pipeline—from keyword and visibility signal ingestion through content brief generation to CMS deployment. You'll work closely with the organic growth strategy lead to translate high-level SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications that the build team can implement. You'll monitor LLM visibility across priority topics, products, and markets, automating alerting and response workflows when visibility shifts. A key part of the role is automating content brief generation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals, and AEO data into structured briefs that feed AI creative layers. You'll also QA content outputs from AI content agents to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO/AEO compliance before deployment. You'll define knowledge base inputs for organic growth agents, codifying content rules, standards, and market-specific requirements. As the engine scales, you'll extend your systems thinking to other growth levers including CRO content, onboarding copy, and localization workflows. You bring 3+ years of SEO experience with strong technical understanding of crawling, indexing, and ranking. You're familiar with AEO and LLM visibility concepts and understand how AI answer engines work. You have hands-on CMS and content pipeline experience, comfortable with automated content deployment. You think in systems—mapping organic workflows as triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements. You're data-comfortable, able to interpret organic performance data and define optimization targets for agents. Your written communication is precise; your workflow specs become blueprints. Nice-to-haves include programmatic SEO or content automation at scale, SEO monitoring or LLM visibility tracking platforms, regulated industry background, workflow automation or no-code orchestration tools, and hands-on AI content generation or LLM API experience.
