You'll join the Growth Strategy (Customer Success) team as a Growth Strategist responsible for Clay's largest and most strategic enterprise accounts. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to executive-level customers, driving real business outcomes and helping them unlock the full potential of the platform. Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of Clay's largest accounts and building deep executive relationships; driving expansion pipeline through multithreading, new use case discovery, and deepening existing value; building multi-year account strategies and navigating complex organizational structures; developing deep product fluency to connect customer GTM ideas to platform capabilities; partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to represent customer voice and influence roadmap decisions; owning forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting on expansion and retention; and contributing to playbook evolution for enterprise account engagement. You'll bring 6+ years of customer-facing experience at B2B SaaS companies, including meaningful enterprise or strategic account management. You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention; experience navigating and influencing at C-level with both customers and internally; strong relationship-building and communication skills with executive gravitas; systems-thinking mindset for identifying bottlenecks and building scalable processes; technical aptitude and curiosity about product capabilities; and ideally, familiarity with the GTM space.
