Stark Bank is a digital banking platform for companies, founded in 2018, offering integrated financial services including payment processing, invoice management, and accounts receivable automation via a robust API. You will define and execute B2B paid media strategy focused on qualified demand, pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiency. You'll plan, operate, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels, managing audiences, creatives, and budgets. Your responsibilities include developing strategies by product, segment, ICP, and funnel stage—including demand generation, remarketing, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
You will connect paid media, market intelligence, CRM, content, and sales execution to identify bottlenecks and evolve the acquisition and sales machine. You'll apply AI to automate processes, expand analysis, personalize campaigns, and increase operational efficiency. You'll monitor acquisition performance and opportunity quality, linking investments to pipeline and revenue results. You'll transform media, CRM, and sales funnel data into insights and recommendations for sustainable business growth. Finally, you'll structure processes, dashboards, and tracking routines that ensure consistency, measurement, and scalability.
The role is 100% in-office at Stark Bank's headquarters in São Paulo (Rua Pamplona, 145 - Cerqueira César).

**Requirements:**
- Solid experience in paid media and digital acquisition, preferably in B2B companies, fintechs, banks, SaaS, or technology
- Mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including planning, setup, operation, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing budgets and targets related to acquisition, sales opportunities, pipeline, or revenue
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales funnel, including MQL, SQL, opportunity, conversion, CAC, LTV, and payback
- Ability to analyze performance by channel, campaign, product, segment, audience, and funnel stage
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of tracking, UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and integration between media platforms and CRM
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Ability to transform data into diagnostics, hypotheses, and business recommendations
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
