Salary: USD 131,000 - 181,000 / annual

Chime is seeking a Growth Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across key parts of the member funnel. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve the member experience from acquisition through activation. In this role, you'll combine strong marketing fundamentals with a data-driven mindset. You'll use research, experimentation, and performance insights to optimize growth initiatives, improve conversion rates, and contribute to business goals. Key responsibilities include: • Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention • Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, and experiment results to identify opportunities that improve member growth and business outcomes • Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences, using data and insights to inform future optimization efforts • Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities, sizing potential impact, and contributing recommendations to the team roadmap • Create and optimize messaging, offers, and member experiences across owned and paid channels to improve performance and engagement • Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding and early retention • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping teams make informed decisions and prioritize growth opportunities You bring 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role. You have a track record of developing and executing growth strategies, experiments, or campaigns that drove measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, or engagement. Strong product marketing fundamentals including customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning are essential. You excel at partnering with cross-functional teams, translating customer insights and business objectives into compelling messaging and user experiences, and using data to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
