As a Growth Operations Coordinator, you will be the connective tissue of the growth and marketing team, supporting projects across the entire growth organization. You'll work on campaign launches, partner programs, reporting, and research while gaining exposure to every part of the growth engine and working directly with senior leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support growth and marketing team across diverse projects: campaign launches, partner programs, reporting, and research
- Onboard and support partners, creators, and affiliates by managing assets, tracking links, briefs, timelines, and day-to-day communication
- Run growth and GTM experiments end-to-end: scoping tests, setting them up, tracking results, and sharing learnings
- Support in-person marketing activations and events from planning through on-the-ground execution and post-event analysis
- Maintain project organization through trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips
- Pull and analyze data to help the team understand performance and make informed decisions
- Research competitors, trends, partners, and opportunities, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Social teams
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can take ownership of projects, and wants to learn how a high-growth company actually scales. You'll take on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability. The environment is fast-paced, scrappy, and results-oriented—not a role with a playbook or clear swim lanes.
Note: Work is tied to live sports, which may involve nights, weekends, and high-pressure periods.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, operations, partnerships, consulting, or similar role (or strong track record of getting things done in school, startup, or side project)
- Scrappy and resourceful; able to figure things out without step-by-step instructions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Sports-obsessed and internet-native with intuition for what resonates with sports fans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal process
