Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company building next-generation multimodal AI models and a proprietary high-efficiency serving platform. Backed by multi-million-dollar funding and direct sponsorship from AMD, the company is scaling rapidly to build the full stack powering frontier AI models and real-time applications. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will own how Sciforium shows up in the world and drive community, credibility, and pipeline from developer first impression through enterprise contract. You will work directly with the CEO, set strategy, execute much of the work yourself, and build the marketing function as the company moves from private preview to public launch. Key responsibilities span demand generation (multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, lifecycle, and community driving signups and qualified pipeline), brand and narrative (positioning, messaging, visual identity, voice consistency), content and community (editorial calendar, organic distribution, channel growth across LinkedIn/X/newsletter/developer communities, event presence), communications and executive visibility (media/PR, thought leadership, speaking program), launch and partner marketing (go-to-market coordination, co-marketing with strategic partners), and marketing operations (measurement infrastructure, attribution, funnel analytics, tooling selection, agency management). You must have 5+ years of marketing experience spanning growth, brand, and communications, including early-stage startup time where you defined the function. Demonstrated track record growing developer-facing or API-first products with understanding of how technical buyers discover and adopt infrastructure. Hands-on demand generation and paid acquisition experience with measurable results and direct ownership of strategy, spend, creative, and iteration. Exceptional writing and editorial judgment for both technical content and brand storytelling, plus ability to write in an executive's voice. Communications experience with earned media, launch PR, and announcement management. Strong brand instincts for visual identity and voice with ability to direct designers or work hands-on. Data-driven operator who can instrument campaigns, read analytics, and translate findings into action. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with AI infrastructure or developer tools, experience as first/early marketing hire, co-marketing with large ecosystem partners (semiconductor, cloud, model providers), executive visibility program building, paid media experience in developer-specific channels, and working fluency with modern marketing stack (GA4, HubSpot, Webflow) and creative tools (Figma, Canva).
