Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company building next-generation multimodal AI models and a proprietary high-efficiency serving platform. Backed by multi-million-dollar funding and direct AMD sponsorship, the company is scaling rapidly to power frontier AI models and real-time applications.
As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will own how Sciforium shows up in the world—building community, credibility, and pipeline from developer first impression through enterprise contract. You will work directly with the CEO to set strategy, execute much of the work yourself, and establish the marketing function as the company transitions from private preview to public launch.
Key responsibilities span demand generation (multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, lifecycle, and community driving signups and qualified pipeline); brand and narrative (positioning, messaging, visual identity, and voice consistency); content and community (editorial calendar, organic distribution, channel growth across LinkedIn/X/newsletter/developer communities, and event presence); communications and executive visibility (media relations, thought leadership, speaking program); launch and partner marketing (coordinating go-to-market moments and co-marketing with strategic partners); and marketing operations (measurement infrastructure, tooling selection, agency management, and team foundation-building).
You must have 5+ years of marketing experience spanning growth, brand, and communications, with early-stage startup experience where you defined the function. Demonstrated track record growing developer-facing or API-first products is essential, with hands-on demand generation and paid acquisition experience showing measurable results. Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, communications experience (earned media, launch PR, announcements), strong brand instincts, and data-driven operator mindset are required. Nice-to-haves include familiarity with AI infrastructure or developer tools, first/early marketing hire experience, co-marketing with large ecosystem partners, executive visibility program building, paid media in developer channels, and fluency with modern marketing stack (GA4, HubSpot, Webflow) and creative tools (Figma, Canva).
