Salary: PLN 15,000 - 16,600 / monthly

The Growth Marketing Manager will support Revolut's mobile acquisition strategy, managing performance marketing campaigns across key platforms. This role sits within the Growth team, where strategy, data, and creativity converge to drive expansion into new markets, accelerate user acquisition, and boost engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and optimizing mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads - Analyzing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and identify scaling opportunities - Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust - Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking in a privacy-first ecosystem - Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges - Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights - Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve campaign results - Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution Required qualifications: - 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure - Degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field - Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) - Strong data analysis and quantitative problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT) - Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights - KPI-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes - Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong cross-functional communication skills - Fluency in English Nice-to-have skills include SQL or Python, computer science background, experience automating reports or bid strategies, and familiarity with marketing in regulated industries.
