Monzo is a fintech company on a mission to make money work for everyone, offering personal and business bank accounts, credit cards, savings, investments, and pensions through a mobile-first platform. The company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth across personal banking products.
In this role, you will own the performance and strategy of paid social acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit. You'll partner with the Growth Marketing Lead to shape long-term paid social strategy while executing and optimizing campaigns to hit business goals and efficiency targets. Key responsibilities include planning and launching paid social campaigns, managing budgets, building experimentation frameworks across creative and audiences, and collaborating with Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to develop data-driven campaigns.
You'll develop strong relationships with platform partners, stay current with industry developments and platform innovations, and ensure all campaign activity meets Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) financial promotion requirements. Additionally, you'll contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and supporting junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in financial services or another regulated environment. You should have a proven track record running high-performing brand and acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, independently owning performance marketing channels, and managing significant budgets. You're data-driven, using experimentation to guide decisions rather than simply reporting results. You work effectively with creative, product, and analytics teams, communicate complex performance data clearly, and can influence stakeholders. Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and tools like Looker is valued. You're comfortable with ambiguity, adapt as priorities change, and proactively improve ways of working.
