Revolut is a global fintech super app with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth efforts across the APAC region, with primary focus on Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
In this role, you will own the regional campaign calendar across the full marketing funnel, adapting global playbooks for local markets. You'll lead go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches, build business cases for high-impact partnerships and sponsorships, and manage co-marketing opportunities. Key responsibilities include growing affiliate activity tied to new business acquisition and revenue, identifying and activating relevant influencers to drive awareness and referrals, and working closely with Sales to plan and execute local events and on-ground activations.
You'll track local competitors and market trends to refine messaging and tone of voice, analyze campaign performance to extract actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and global teams. The role requires someone who can turn data into practical next steps and drive measurable commercial impact.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of marketing experience with exposure to the Australian market, a strong B2B or SMB marketing background with commercial acumen, and proven experience leading regional campaigns across multiple markets. You should be confident working with affiliates, influencers, and partners, with a track record of planning and delivering end-to-end cross-functional campaigns. Strong data analysis skills, fluency in English, and solid understanding of fintech, payments, or similar products are essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with New Zealand or Singapore markets, experience marketing to SMBs in fintech or payments, and exposure to sports, entertainment, or event-led partnerships.
