Rundoo is a B2B SaaS platform modernizing supply chain technology for independent hardware stores, nurseries, and building material retailers across North America. The company has raised $48M from top-tier investors (Battery, Bessemer, CRV) and is live in 500+ stores with 20+ industry partner integrations. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Rundoo's first dedicated growth marketing function, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on operator role focused on turning marketing spend into ARR through the partner and co-op channel—currently the highest-converting acquisition lever. You will own the end-to-end partner channel across roughly 20 relationships spanning Paint, Hardware, Farm & Feed, Lawn & Garden, and Lumber verticals. Key responsibilities include: building and nurturing relationships with partner reps, marketing managers, and executives; designing and running quarterly referral incentive campaigns (recent contests returned $7 per $1 spent); managing co-marketing initiatives including e-blasts, webinars, and member communications; structuring affiliate and content-referral programs; building collateral and case studies; and enabling Account Executives with partner-rep mapping and territory data. You will operate a Campaigns DB as your operating system, tracking every partner blast, magazine placement, referral promo, and rate-card placement. You'll negotiate per-partner rate cards, run vertical-specific campaigns, and own a growing partner-sourced pipeline metric. The role includes regular travel to co-op markets, partner events, and stores across the country. This is a prove-it-and-grow role: as you demonstrate the partner channel's potential (the thesis is partners and conferences can eventually drive millions in ARR), the scope, budget, and team under you will expand accordingly. You bring growth instincts, relationship-building skills, collateral creation ability, and the discipline to make sourced pipeline and ARR predictable.
