OpenGov is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the complete go-to-market lifecycle for products, features, and campaigns. You'll develop positioning and messaging, craft integrated demand generation programs, build enablement collateral, execute launches, and measure impact. This is a full-stack marketing role combining strategic vision with tactical execution.
Key responsibilities include building and launching multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, webinars, social, events, content syndication) to drive qualified pipeline for targeted personas and accounts. You'll create compelling marketing content—emails, landing pages, ads, ebooks, customer stories, blogs—leveraging AI tools daily to scale production and test variations. You'll develop GTM messaging and positioning informed by customer insights, sales feedback, and competitive intelligence, creating talk tracks, enablement decks, and messaging guides.
You'll define market segmentation, personas, and ICP insights that inform campaign targeting, support ABM campaigns and nurture strategies using Marketo and Salesforce, and stay plugged into government, market, and competitive trends. For product launches, you'll lead end-to-end launch plans, develop comprehensive enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs), and coordinate internal communications and customer announcements.
You'll own campaign measurement and reporting—tracking pipeline contribution, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI—and translate performance insights into optimization recommendations. The role requires 8+ years of B2B or B2G marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments, with a proven track record developing multi-channel campaigns that drove measurable pipeline results. Strong writing skills, hands-on proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce, and comfort with analytics are essential. You should be AI-forward, analytical, strategic, collaborative, and data-driven—comfortable owning everything from strategy to execution. Experience in public sector or B2G marketing is a nice-to-have.
