Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower financial security at scale. The company has achieved record revenue growth and unicorn valuation, serving millions of customers with credit-building solutions, liquidity access, and savings products. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Kikoff's paid social acquisition strategy, with primary responsibility for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) channel management. This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance accountability. Key responsibilities include: - Manage Meta Ads channel with full accountability for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion volume targets - Make weekly budget allocation decisions across campaigns, audiences, and placements based on performance data and marginal efficiency analysis - Synthesize performance data from Meta Ads Manager, AppsFlyer, and internal reporting to surface insights and make optimization decisions - Partner with in-house creative team to brief concepts, prioritize pitches, and test new ads to identify wins and mitigate creative fatigue - Design and execute Meta's experimentation roadmap, including A/B tests and incrementality tests with data science alignment - Produce weekly channel performance reports for leadership with trends, comparisons, and strategic recommendations - Build spend forecasts and acquisition plans projecting CAC, volume, and revenue outcomes - Identify opportunities to incorporate AI tooling and automations into workflow - Own day-to-day relationship with Meta account representatives on escalations, beta opportunities, and measurement guidance You bring 3-4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition with majority time on paid social. You have deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise managing six-figure+ monthly budgets independently. You understand mobile attribution complexity, platform-reported metrics vs. backend data, and iOS/Android differences. You're experienced with incrementality testing and A/B experimentation design. You're comfortable with large datasets and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. You communicate clearly and translate channel performance into leadership-ready insights. Fintech, consumer subscription, or D2C background is a plus.
