Keyfactor is the leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping enterprises and government agencies manage cryptographic identities that safeguard digital interactions. The Growth Marketing Manager will drive ARR through two primary motions: enterprise named account campaigns and product-led growth (PLG) via Keyfactor's Test Drive program.
This role owns demand generation end-to-end—from planning and execution through optimization and reporting. You'll work cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling the PLG growth motion with systematic growth loops for user acquisition, activation, and conversion; designing multi-channel marketing programs leveraging advanced segmentation and dynamic orchestration for named account campaigns; partnering with Field Marketing, SDR, and Sales on ABM activations for priority accounts; analyzing performance daily/weekly to surface insights and maintain KPI dashboards tied to engagement, funnel metrics, opportunity ARR, and revenue; running continuous experiments to improve engagement rates, pipeline quality, and sales impact; collaborating cross-functionally to ensure message-to-market fit and full-funnel alignment; and deploying AI and automation to streamline the campaign operating process.
Required qualifications: 2-4+ years in growth marketing or demand generation; demonstrated experience running PLG programs or self-serve trial/freemium motions alongside enterprise campaign execution; hands-on B2B enterprise growth and ABM expertise with fluency in advanced segmentation and dynamic campaign orchestration using firmographic and behavioral data; high data fluency with experience in multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics tools (Dreamdata, DOMO); SQL or BI experience a plus; demonstrated use of AI and automation in omni-channel marketing workflows; proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools; strong project management skills for multiple high-priority programs in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
