DualEntry is an AI-native ERP platform automating accounting workflows from data entry through financial close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to public companies.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own performance marketing across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X. Your core responsibilities include:
• Campaign Management & Optimization: Run and optimize campaigns across all major platforms while managing monthly budgets ($50K–$250K range), testing creative concepts, and driving down customer acquisition cost (CAC) week-over-week.
• Creative Testing & Iteration: Test 10+ ad concepts weekly across channels in collaboration with designers and creative partners to identify high-converting approaches.
• Channel Expansion: Stand up new channels (programmatic, podcast ads, CTV) as core channels prove out and budgets scale.
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Own end-to-end performance reporting from top-of-funnel through lead and pipeline generation, delivering regular readouts to sales and marketing leadership. Set up or significantly improve conversion tracking and attribution infrastructure.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation to improve ROAS across the performance marketing ecosystem.
