Cresta is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the pipeline and acquisition strategy for paid and digital channels. This is not an execution-focused role managing existing playbooks, but rather a strategic position building a growth thesis from first principles.
You will lead paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta Ads alongside a focused paid search program. Key responsibilities include owning pipeline and acquisition numbers for your channels, deciding what to scale and what to pull back, and building a growth thesis for the paid and digital mix. You'll partner with the brand design team on ad creative, monitor campaign pacing against budget and pipeline goals, and proactively flag issues or opportunities.
The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools and audience enrichment platforms (including Clay) to build precise targeting, automate workflows, and drive output at lean-team scale. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, content, creative, and sales teams.
Cresta is an AI-driven customer experience platform founded by leaders from Google's Contact Center AI and Vertex AI. The company has raised over $270 million from top-tier investors including a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia. Customers include United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.
The ideal candidate brings a track record of excellence in a demanding, analytical field such as investment banking, consulting, business operations, early-stage startup building, or a technical/quantitative discipline (economics, statistics, math). You should demonstrate quantitative fluency, original thinking, and strategic reasoning. While traditional digital marketing backgrounds are considered, the company prioritizes analytical rigor and first-principles thinking over channel-specific experience.
