Bridgetown Research is an AI platform transforming how management consulting firms, investment firms, and corporate strategy teams perform research, diligence, and strategic analysis. Backed by Lightspeed and Accel, the company is scaling its go-to-market rapidly with a team including former leaders from McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Gartner, Accenture, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Google DeepMind. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own and run the day-to-day marketing engine for Bridgetown. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll execute campaigns, content, and channels yourself initially, then build a team from there. You'll be responsible for digital presence (website, AEO/SEO/SEM), organic and paid social targeting advisory and investment audiences, integrated campaign development across outbound (paid social, events, conferences) and inbound (thought leadership, web, social) channels, and ensuring marketing-sourced pipeline flows cleanly to sales through a shared funnel and CRM setup. Key responsibilities include selecting and managing outside agencies and contractors (design, paid media, events), planning and executing Bridgetown's presence at industry events and conferences, partnering with leadership to develop sales-ready collateral and playbooks, and owning marketing-specific reporting (campaign ROI, channel performance, cost per lead). You'll bring an AI-first approach to accelerate content production, creative testing, campaign analysis, and personalization, helping the broader team adopt these tools. You're a functional marketing generalist comfortable with the full mix of digital, SEO/SEM, social, campaigns, and events. You're metrics-driven, making decisions from data on conversion rates and channel ROI. You have genuine fluency with AI tools in marketing and are excited to push further. You're comfortable managing agencies and contractors, and you're energized by creating marketing operations and infrastructure from a relatively blank slate. You understand that at this stage, marketing's job is to make sales more effective. Familiarity with B2B audiences like consulting, investment, or enterprise strategy teams is ideal. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth or Marketing Manager at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup with end-to-end ownership and concrete pipeline impact; Marketing Generalist at a professional services firm or larger tech company ready to trade scale for ownership; Growth or Digital Marketing agency/in-house team lead with multi-channel campaign and vendor management experience; or Marketing Operations professional with strong execution chops who has run campaigns and channels directly.
