Bevi is transforming beverage delivery and consumption through connected IoT-enabled machines that eliminate single-use bottles. The company has raised over $160M in venture capital, serves thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, and has saved over 1 billion bottles from waste. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own Bevi's email marketing engine end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role spanning demand generation, product launches, partner communications, events, strategic accounts, and thought leadership. Your responsibilities include: **Email Campaign Ownership**: Build emails yourself in HubSpot from template setup through personalization, dynamic content, and workflow logic. QA and test every campaign before deployment, then own hitting send. Track performance metrics including opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and pipeline/revenue impact. Develop and maintain the annual email roadmap aligned to product launches, seasonal patterns, and company priorities. Create and maintain an email content playbook with standards for subject lines, copy length, design, CTAs, and personalization. **Product & Technology Partnership**: Serve as the email marketing lead for product launches, flavor announcements, concentrate updates, seasonal beverage releases, and partner programs. Translate product innovations into customer-facing campaigns that drive awareness and action. **Landing Page & Web Experience**: Build and QA landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot, including forms, copy, and conversion tracking. Develop and maintain a testing roadmap covering headlines, form structure, social proof, and CTA framing. Report conversion results regularly. **Testing & Optimization**: Maintain a live testing roadmap prioritizing experiments by impact and feasibility. Own A/B and multivariate test design across copy (subject lines, body text, sender), creative (imagery, layout, template), CTAs (wording, placement, visual treatment), and send logic (timing, frequency, sequencing). You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and cross-functional marketing teams, reporting into Growth Marketing.
