Blipay, a Brazilian fintech with 6+ million registered users and part of the Tilt group, is seeking its first in-house Growth Marketing Lead. This is a strategic, hands-on role based in Campinas or São Paulo with a hybrid work model.
You will own and accelerate Blipay's growth engine, responsible for defining and executing growth strategy across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include: monitoring and analyzing core growth metrics to drive continuous optimization; managing relationships with key partners including the credit marketplace; designing and executing end-to-end growth strategies spanning performance marketing, SEO optimization, and member-get-member referral initiatives; leading content production for social media to drive brand awareness and engagement; and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
You should bring proven experience in growth, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally within fintech, payments, or fast-paced startups. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making are essential. Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels, SEO, and referral programs is required. You'll need experience managing external partners and negotiating with stakeholders, plus a solid understanding of social media and content strategy. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and prioritize effectively is critical.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in credit or lending and familiarity with growth analytics and marketing automation tools. Tilt values potential over perfect past credentials and welcomes ambitious, driven candidates.
Tilt operates as a virtual-first, globally distributed team across 14 countries and 12 time zones. The company offers competitive compensation with generous equity, flexible health plans with substantial subsidies, direct exposure to leadership, paid global onsites twice yearly, and growth opportunities tied to contributions rather than rigid timelines.
