Salary: USD 145,000 - 193,000 / annual
Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging platforms.
In this build role, you'll own growth strategy end-to-end: deciding where to invest, what to test, and how to measure success. You'll partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams to turn new channels into repeatable sources of pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels
- Build and execute channel testing plans with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks
- Partner with Design and Product Marketing to develop channel-specific creative
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for media buying and production
- Measure performance across pipeline, CAC, and revenue to guide investment decisions
- Build attribution and incrementality frameworks for complex measurement scenarios
- Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Product Marketing, and Finance to prioritize opportunities
- Scale successful programs while continuously testing new acquisition channels
You bring:
- Proven track record building and scaling paid acquisition programs across multiple channels
- Experience owning strategy, budget, execution, and measurement end-to-end
- Strong paid social expertise with familiarity across CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels
- Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Comfort building new programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
