Develop Health is automating complex healthcare processes like benefit verification and prior authorization using AI, achieving 10x revenue growth and helping 400,000+ new patients monthly. The company partners with major pharmacy benefit managers and payers, and is scaling rapidly post-funding with a team of experienced healthcare founders and engineers. You'll be the first dedicated Growth Marketing Lead, reporting to the Head of Growth and working alongside go-to-market and product teams. This is a hands-on execution role where you own multiple channels and ship work yourself using AI tooling. Key responsibilities: 1. Provider Adoption: Build campaigns and materials that help provider offices discover, adopt, and retain the platform. You'll own the channels directly—not brief agencies—and track what resonates with busy clinical offices. 2. Pipeline Building: Run outbound, nurture, and conference campaigns targeting pharmacies and pharma. Own booth strategy, collateral, and pre/post-event outreach that converts floor traffic into qualified sales conversations. 3. Production & Execution: Create one-pagers, leave-behinds, mailers, landing pages, and sales materials. Work AI-first, using tools deliberately to move quickly while maintaining brand consistency. Build repeatable systems with organized assets and playbooks. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work with a Growth Marketing Advisor and exec team who set direction; you own execution and results. You take high-level briefs and ship customer-ready assets without committee review. Required: hands-on ownership of multiple channels you've personally run (not delegated), demonstrable scale (budget growth, channel building, pipeline sourced), genuine fluency with current AI tools, strong taste in messaging and design, measurable campaign results, quantitative funnel analysis, fast execution, and willingness to push back with evidence. You don't need healthcare background but must pick up the domain quickly (prior authorization, benefit verification, medication access, provider/pharmacy/PBM dynamics). Startup experience is a strong plus. Bonus: early marketing hire experience at high-growth healthtech, exposure to provider/pharmacy buyers, hands-on conference/field marketing, and ability to pull your own data.
