The company processes massive volumes of meeting and conversation data for enterprise customers including Salesforce, HubSpot, Datadog, Rippling, and others. With 30 team members and mid-8-figure ARR, Recall is at an inflection point in scaling its enterprise sales motion.
This role is the primary revenue driver at Recall.ai, focused on landing Tier 1 accounts worth $500K+ each. You'll own the entire process of identifying, researching, and engaging decision-makers at high-value prospects.
Key responsibilities include: conducting obsessive organizational research to map decision-making structures and identify the right contacts; developing creative, multi-channel outreach strategies (cold email, warm intros, events, direct mail, etc.); and orchestrating cross-functional engagement by leveraging founder relationships, executive participation, and investor networks. You'll work on approximately 100 accounts per quarter, with each engagement requiring deep customization and strategic sequencing.
The role demands intellectual rigor, creativity, and persistence. You'll have full ownership of your initiatives with minimal process overhead. The team is 50% ex-founders with high talent density. You'll have visibility into board decks, fundraising calls, and deal mechanics as the company scales. The position requires 5 days/week in-office presence in San Francisco and occasional 60-hour work weeks during critical deal cycles.
Compensation and benefits include comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, meals provided daily, transportation covered (Uber/Waymo to office, gas reimbursement for commuters 10+ miles away), unlimited PTO, relocation assistance if needed, and equipment stipend.
