Supabase is the Postgres development platform, providing a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. The company is ~400 people across 60+ countries and has raised over $1B.
This is a newly created growth marketing role focused on building out Supabase's creator and UGC (user-generated content) program as a major acquisition channel. Currently managed across multiple people on the marketing team, this role will own the entire creator program end-to-end.
You will source, recruit, and manage direct relationships with content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll design and execute creator campaigns from conception through measurement, identify and test new acquisition channels and strategies through rapid experimentation, and operationalize the program with budgets, tracking, and reporting. The role is positioned as a growth and marketing function first—optimizing for relationship-building, creative testing, and operational excellence rather than technical depth.
Success is measured by building a roster of approximately 50 active creators within the first year. As the program matures, the role may expand to own all content from a growth perspective beyond just creators and UGC.
Supabase is fully remote with no offices globally. The company provides WeWork memberships or co-working allowances, equity (ESOP) for all team members, tech allowance, 100% health insurance coverage for employees, annual company off-sites, flexible asynchronous work, and annual professional development budgets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in growth, partnerships, or creator marketing at a dev tool, SaaS, or consumer tech company
- Track record of launching channels from zero and turning winners into repeatable, scalable programs
- Outgoing relationship-builder with genuine appeal to creators
- Strong operational skills and comfort with spreadsheets and data tracking
- Ideally experience thriving at a smaller or scrappier startup (preferred signal over comfort at large platforms)
