Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 / annual

The company is scaling rapidly and seeks a high-caliber Growth Marketer to join the team with potential to grow into a lead role.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technical execution, rigorous analysis, and creative strategy to launch high-impact campaigns. You will initially collaborate with senior leadership to scale existing channels and refine creative assets, then quickly transition into full ownership of your own campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing user acquisition across multiple digital and offline channels while optimizing cost per acquisition (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Defining, driving, and measuring KPIs for each campaign
- Designing and executing A/B tests to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Working cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, product teams, data analysts, and others to bring campaigns to life
- Developing expertise in growth marketing while gaining broad exposure to multiple marketing and company-building functions

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating success in driving growth toward defined CAC/ROAS or volume targets within set timelines and budgets, OR a strong track record in an analytical academic discipline or structured, data-driven role
- Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles
- Ability to move fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high velocity and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking ability to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward
- Understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), and incrementality testing with ability to analyze test result data to extract learnings and insights
- Understanding of what makes effective direct response creative, with a framework to continually adjust and learn based on experimentation
