Omni is an AI analytics platform that transforms company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni provides enterprises with a governed context graph for analytics and AI, enabling teams to ask questions in plain English, refine answers in workbooks, and integrate trusted data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack. The company has raised $217M from top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and GV, with a Series C valuation of $1.5B.
As Growth Manager for Performance Marketing, you will identify and scale high-leverage programs that drive revenue. Paid acquisition sits at the center of this role. You will own the success of Omni's worldwide, multi-channel digital advertising portfolio, including budget allocation, audience building, creative partnerships, campaign performance analysis, and feedback loop development to scale impactful campaigns.
Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of bets across paid/traditional media, ABM programs, and emerging channels; working directly in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms; creating campaigns, offers, and experiences that resonate with target personas; and turning campaigns into repeatable growth loops.
The ideal candidate is quantitative (reasoning about probability, unit economics, and experiments), commercial (focused on revenue outcomes), creative (turning insights into revenue-generating ideas), technical (comfortable with data models, conversion tracking, APIs, or code), communicative (explaining complex topics clearly), and resourceful (learning new domains independently). Prior performance marketing experience is not required; the company values how you think, what you've built, and outcomes achieved over past titles. Success is measured by creating a step-function change in paid acquisition within 6 months, objectively measured in pipeline growth.
