As Growth Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own paid acquisition end-to-end, driving qualified pipeline through Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Director of Growth, spanning both 0→1 channel builds and scaling of proven programs.
Key responsibilities include: executing paid advertising strategy across all three platforms (campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative briefs, ad copy, landing pages); launching new channels from scratch and scaling existing ones while protecting CAC and efficiency; designing and running rigorous A/B tests with clear scientific methodology; defining and measuring leading and lagging indicators at each funnel stage; collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and design; and maintaining performance dashboards with tight feedback loops to leadership.
You will be part of a broader testing engine designed to move from market insight to live test to result as quickly as possible. The role emphasizes creating leverage through disciplined experimentation, scalable campaigns, and rigorous measurement to optimize spend allocation.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years running paid ads across multiple channels with deep, current platform expertise; have managed $1M+ annual ad budgets and scaled spend without losing efficiency; are hands-on operators comfortable working in platforms daily; think like scientists with clean hypotheses and controlled variables; deeply understand leading vs. lagging indicators and conversion optimization; write with clarity and persuasion; are scrappy and biased toward action; and thrive in collaborative, high-trust, high-performance environments.
