Stash is democratizing wealth creation through education, advice, and financial products. We're seeking a Growth Manager, Paid Social to own paid social and mobile ad network acquisition strategy and execution.
You'll report to the Sr. Director of Acquisition and own channel strategy, optimization, testing, and measurement across Meta, TikTok, and platforms like AppLovin. This is a hands-on role with real scope: you'll manage budgets, pacing, bidding, and audience decisions to improve CAC, payback, and scalable growth. You'll build and execute a disciplined testing roadmap, keeping a constant stream of media experiments in market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and owning paid social and mobile ad network strategy for efficient new customer acquisition
- Managing budgets, optimization, and performance metrics (CAC, payback, ROAS)
- Building and managing a testing roadmap across media channels
- Owning acquisition landing page experimentation and CRO tied to your channels
- Partnering with the Performance Creative Strategist on message alignment between ads and landing pages
- Identifying and implementing AI-driven tools to accelerate reporting, optimization, and media operations
- Analyzing performance data to identify opportunities and inform capital allocation
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Data, Product, Brand, and Martech teams on attribution and measurement
You think in marginal CAC and test roadmaps, get energy from reading accounts and funnels, and excel at turning test-and-learn processes into repeatable growth engines. You're comfortable with performance data, experiment design, and translating insights into action. You have 4-6 years of hands-on experience buying and optimizing paid social (Meta, TikTok) with a track record tied to performance metrics. Deep knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer is essential. Experience with mobile ad networks (AppLovin), landing page CRO, fintech/regulated industries, incrementality testing, and AI tools is a plus.
