Visoid is a web-based architectural visualization platform founded in 2023, backed by €3M+ from Nordic investors. The company has achieved rapid growth with customers in 120+ countries, including leading architecture firms, generating 6M+ visualizations since launch. With 12 employees across 10 nationalities, Visoid is scaling and seeking a Growth Manager to establish and lead a new growth function. As Growth Manager, you will own the complete user funnel from initial awareness through signup, activation, and retention. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities through data analysis using tools like Mixpanel, running frequent experiments with clear hypotheses, and iterating rapidly. The role combines technical marketing expertise—managing SEO, SEM, website optimization, and tracking—with performance marketing execution across paid channels. You'll design and build Visoid's own growth channels including referral programs, invitation flows, and in-app engagement loops. You'll work cross-functionally with Product and Commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role requires hands-on execution: building integrations, automations, and leveraging AI/agentic tools (Claude, Codex, etc.) to support marketing activities. You'll be building this function from scratch with a founder mentality, not inheriting an established team. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or related field; 5+ years in growth, marketing, or product management; and 3+ years managing product-led growth funnels. You must demonstrate full-funnel ownership experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with digital marketing methods. Hands-on experience with AI and agentic tools is essential. Optional but valued: prior experience building growth from zero at a SaaS startup, work on AI-native applications, leading growth teams in product-led companies, or achieving 2-3x conversion lifts. The company prioritizes candidates already in Oslo or with existing work rights in Norway and willingness to relocate. Benefits include 4% pension, flexible hours, flexible home-office arrangement, 5 weeks vacation, equipment choice, gym membership, and subsidized cantina lunch. As an early hire, you'll receive significant equity stake with direct investment in company success.
