As Growth Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of an autonomous account-based marketing engine. You report directly to the Chief Business Officer and will build and lead a team from the ground up, setting direction rather than optimizing an existing program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the autonomous outbound engine across segments: account selection, segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and sales handoff
- Leading, coaching, and growing the existing team, including hiring and setting operational standards
- Owning budget and channel investment decisions, defended by data
- Designing and deploying AI-powered campaign workflows using tools like Clay to scale personalization and surface intent signals
- Executing integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, digital) tailored to personas and funnel stage
- Running structured A/B tests and translating results into strategic decisions
- Partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing on account targeting and pipeline metrics
Required experience:
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth at high-growth tech companies, with a track record of setting growth strategy (not just executing campaigns)
- 2+ years managing and developing teams, with examples of growing people's skills and output
- Experience owning budget/investment decisions for growth functions
- Proven ability building AI-powered GTM workflows from scratch using automation platforms
- Comfort building without a defined playbook; track record of standing up net-new motions
- Deep expertise in segmentation, intent signal interpretation, and account prioritization
- Strong alignment with Sales and RevOps at leadership level
The role is in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays at NYC headquarters.
